Sebastian has competed on iRacing since 2015 and his biggest achievement to date is being crowned the 2020 Porsche TAG Heuer Esports Supercup Champion – a dream he's had since he started racing. After placing runner-up in 2022 and 2023, Sebastian claimed his second PESC title in 2024.
Sebastian competed for Scuderia AlphaTauri in the 2021 F1 Sim Racing World Championship and was awarded Rookie of the Year. In 2022 Sebastian went on to finish 9th in the Drivers’ standings from racing just 8 of the twelve tracks, before switching to focus on his iRacing endeavours. He now serves an advisory and reserve role to the Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing entry in F1 Sim Racing.
In 2022 Sebastian signed to Oracle Red Bull Racing as an F1 Sim Tester, going on to help World Champion Max Verstappen to victory in Zandvoort through extensive set-up testing back in Milton Keynes. Sebastian continues to test for Formula 1, Formula 2 and beyond.
In 2023, Sebastian participated in the inaugural Spring season of ESL R1 alongside teammate Joni Törmäla, narrowly missing out on a space in the Munich Major by just 5 points from competing in only 3 of the 8 rounds. Sebastian partnered Frede in securing 3rd place in the Teams’ Championship in the ESL R1 mid-season LAN tournament at Gamers8.
After reclaiming his 2nd PESC title in May 2024, Sebastian returned to ESL R1 and, following a very dominant season, went on to become runner-up in the Drivers’ standings and become Teams’ Champions with Team Redline at the Esports World Cup in Saudi Arabia.
At the tail end of 2024, Sebastian had the one-in-a-lifetime opportunity to drive Sebastian Vettel’s championship-winning RB8 at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, as part of the series ‘Game to Glory: Level Up’ which is available to view on the Red Bull Racing YouTube channel, and in doing so became the first known sim racer to successfully drive a Formula One car.
In April of 2025, Sebastian claimed his third consecutive and fourth overall title in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB on iRacing.
